How to make chocolate Brownies!

Ingredients:

  • 400g caster sugar
  • 225g butter, melted
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 225g plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 60g walnut halves (optional)
  • 150g melted milk chocolate

  • Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients together and mix
  2. Line a piece of parchment paper on rectangular 23x33cm baking tin
  3. Bake at 180 C / Gas mark 4 for 20 - 25 minutes
  4. Make sure the brownies are cooled once you start slicing them into equal squares.
  5. Enjoy!
